GENERAL CONTEST RULES

The following rules cover ESPN contests but may be superseded or amended by separate rules for specific contests.

For each contest, you must comply with the Station’s instructions and eligibility requirements. By participating you agree to be bound by the official rules. Unless otherwise stated, you must be a Colorado resident, 18 or older. Entries must include your full, legal name. Employees of the Station, the contest sponsors, their affiliate companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, other Denver area radio and TV stations and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

Prizes awarded pending verification of eligibility and are nontransferable, except at our discretion, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to change the rules upon announcement and to substitute a prize of equal value if the prize or any part becomes unavailable. Our decisions are final. Winner must present valid government-issued photo ID and info required for tax purposes.

Winner must claim prize in person during regular business hours at our studios within 10 business days of winning and must comply with all requirements and complete all releases or prize will be forfeited. Winner is responsible for all taxes. We aren’t responsible for technical difficulties that prevent you from completing a call or online entry or for late, lost, stolen, mangled, misdirected, postage due, illegible, or incomplete entries. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
